The West Sahara Community was developed in the mid-80's and was one
of the first master-planned homeowners' associations in the Las Vegas valley. Our
borders are from Durango to Ft. Apache and from West Sahara Avenue to West Desert Inn
Road. We are one mile square and have thirty acres of common areas with
over 1,750 trees which line our beautiful green belt areas. Our meandering
sidewalks give our residents a delightful place to walk. Lush water
fountains along West Sahara Avenue are an inviting sight to our visitors. There
are parks located
at each end of the Lake which offer our residents a refreshing place to picnic, play
or just sit and relax.
The West Sahara Community Association (WSCA)
was formed to maintain all the common areas and to preserve the beauty of our
community. Contained within this master association are several
sub-associations. They include over 2200 homes, condominiums, Town Homes, 2 apartment
complexes, schools, businesses, commercial enterprises and restaurants.
The West Sahara Community Association was incorporated on 03/18/1985.
Who lives in the
West Sahara Community Association? Anyone who lives between Durango to Ft.
Apache and West Sahara Avenue to West. Desert Inn Road.
West Sahara
Community Association dues are paid quarterly. If you live in one of our
many sub-associations, most likely your dues are paid to your association, which
interns pays the West Sahara Community Association..
If you are not in a
sub-association you will pay your quarterly dues directly to the West Sahara
Community Association. Benchmark Properties will bill you quarterly.
