Board of Directors
Each director serves a term of two (2) years per NRS116.
Being a member of the Board of Directors is a great way to get involved
with your community and address the concerns and issues that interest all
homeowners.
The Board of Directors meets on the fourth Tuesday of each month
in the Benchmark Property Management office located
at 8685 West Sahara Avenue, suite 280, Las Vegas, NV 89117 .
The West Sahara Community Association does not meet in December.
We encourage any homeowner with a love for this community and a desire to
keep the West Sahara Community Association the most desirable place in which to
live in Southern Nevada, to please run for the board of directors
The key to West Sahara Community Association success
are the dedicated and Board members and Committee Members that volunteer
their time and get involved.

5:00 P.M. and see what goes on at a meeting.
We have a five (5) person board. In an even year three (3)board
positions are elected and in the odd year two (2) positions are elected to
