ARC Committee Members

The Architectural Review Committee (ARC) was established to maintain the continuity and esthetics of our community and to aid in the preservation and enhancement of our homeowners' property values. The ARC reviews all plans for exterior improvements on all lots with in  the West Sahara community. "Improvements" would include, but are not limited to, additions, modifications and alterations (including paint colors, structural changes and landscaping design) to single family residential dwellings, multi family residential dwellings, commercial buildings, fences, walls, patio covers, gazebos, pools and spas, play and sport equipment, as well as landscape planting, all masonry and gates.

The ARC meets the first Tuesday of each month at 5:00PM to review requests at the Association offices at Benchmark Properties West office 8685 West Sahara suite 280 Las Vegas, NV 89117

You may call 795-3344 for an appointment to discuss your plans. Architectural Review Request forms must be completed and submitted to the ARC in advance.  All required documentation must be attached (i.e., plans, color samples etc.). The ARC form can be obtained from the Association office,  Benchmark Properties West office 8685 West Sahara suite 280 Las Vegas, NV 89117 or from this website under the forms tab.

You may call the Association Office 795-3344 for a form, or you may print the form from this web site. Our quarterly newsletter also has an ARC form which you may fill out and send in.

Architectural Review Committee (ARC) members are chosen by the board of directors  from volunteers who fill out the application request form. If you wish to be considered to be a ARC committee member click on the underlined red hyperlink
