The West Sahara Community was developed in the mid-80's and was one
of the first master-planned homeowners' associations in the Las Vegas valley. Our
borders are from Durango to Ft. Apache and from West Sahara Avenue to West Desert Inn
Road.
We are one mile square and have thirty acres
of common areas with over 1,750 trees which line our beautiful belt areas. Our meandering
sidewalks give our residents a delightful place to walk.
Our neighbors can enjoy the tranquility of the lake which offers our residents a refreshing place to picnic, play
or just sit and relax.
The West Sahara Community Association was formed to maintain
all common
areas and to preserve the beauty of our community.
Our walking trail parks were established in 1985 are for
the enjoyment of everyone who walks or uses the exercise equipment. Our parks at
each end of the Lake were also established in 1985 are for everyone's enjoyment
too. Walking is a great way to stay in shape and our walking trail parks are in
a beautiful setting.
